UAYD Lisburn Drama Fest

Ulster Association of Youth Drama

A two-day fun filled drama festival for young people aged 12-25 years led by the UAYD Youth Theatre Officer Mary-Frances Doherty.

Over the two days the young people will take part in a range of skill based workshops with the option of performing their own prepared piece lasting up to 30mins in the DramaFest showcase on the Tuesday afternoon.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in developing their performance skills, meeting new people or simply wanting to have a new fun filled experience.

As a participating group you would have the opportunity to have a professional director come and work with your group in your own venue at a time that is convenient for you to lead a two hour workshop in preparation of the DramaFest.

As an outreach group this would be offered free of charge along with the opportunity to have a professional director come and work with your group in your own venue at a time that is convenient for you to prepare a short performance that will be performed in the DramaFest showcase on the Tuesday afternoon.
